Role Description The Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer will work on-site in Kota in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with clients and the internal team to design and visualize interior spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior concepts, preparing 2D layouts and 3D visualizations, selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings, and presenting design ideas to clients. The role involves site visits for measurements and coordination, working with vendors and contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately, and updating drawings and visualizations based on feedback. The position also requires maintaining project documentation, meeting deadlines, and aligning each design with functional requirements, budget constraints, and brand standards.
Qualifications
Strong interior design skills, including space planning, concept development, and material and furniture selection.
Proficiency in 3D visualization tools (such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) and rendering software to create realistic interior views.
Ability to produce clear 2D drawings and technical layouts using CAD or equivalent design software.
Solid understanding of color theory, lighting design, and current interior design trends.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
Capability to work on-site in Kota, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and conduct regular site visits.
Relevant educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in interior projects or internships is an advantage.
