Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and support with tax calculations and filings in line with applicable regulations. The role involves assisting in audits, monitoring budgets, and providing financial insights to support clients and internal decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and clients.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.
Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable and receivable management, bank reconciliation, and cash flow tracking.
Candidates should possess skills in taxation, compliance with local regulations, and basic audit support.
Candidates should possess skills in using accounting software and spreadsheets, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Bhopal.
Prior experience in an accounting or finance role within a firm or corporate environment is preferred.
