Role Description The Team Lead role at Xylem Water Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for overseeing a team’s daily operations, organizing work schedules, and ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The Team Lead will coordinate workflow, provide guidance and coaching, and act as the primary point of contact between management and team members. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience, including team supervision, performance management, and coaching.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort with using digital tools and basic data analysis for reporting, tracking performance, and supporting decision-making.
