Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Reports To: O2C Cash Application Team Lead / Manager
Overview
The Cash Application Analyst plays a critical role in the optimization hand on and oversight of cash application processes. This position requires a higher level of analytical thinking, process improvement focus, and interface with global stakeholders and internal O2C partners across the High Radius and/or Emagia ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks & Duties
Independently manage & monitor automated and manual cash application activities using High Radius CAA and/or Emagia Cash Application module.
Analyze unapplied cash & implement resolution strategies in collaboration with CLS, DMS & EIPP teams.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) for High Radius & Emagia CAA processes & workflows.
Lead and/or support continuous improvement projects to streamline cash application processes.
Reconcile payment data discrepancies between ERP & High Radius CAA cloud and/or Emagia Cash Application Module.
Generate KPI metrics, support audit requests, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Train & mentor junior team members on tools, processes, and standards.
Support integrations between CAA and EIPP/CRD/CLS/DMS modules via UAT.

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
3–5+ years of experience in cash application or O2C functions, preferably in a global shared services environment.
Proficient experience with High Radius CAA cloud or similar cash application automation tools required.

Technical Skills
Proficient ERP SAP S4 Hanna ERP required
Advanced user of High Radius CAA & working knowledge of CRD, CLS, DMS, and EIPP modules.
Advance Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
Advance understanding of US & Canadian banking formats (BAI, MT940, etc.) and remittance processing.

Ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
Excellent written & verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus.
Ability to work under pressure & handle complex scenarios.
Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration.
