Role Description The Product Intern (Unpaid) role at Nexlance is a full-time remote position supporting product-related initiatives across the business solutions portfolio. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist product specialists with market research, data analysis, and documentation to inform product improvements and client-facing materials. The role includes helping compile product requirements, organizing feedback from customers and internal teams, and contributing to product presentations or enablement resources for sales and service teams. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product information is clear, accurate, and aligned with client needs. This position offers exposure to product operations in a business solutions environment and the opportunity to develop practical skills in product support and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills related to product support and collaboration with Product Specialists, including an interest in product management or product operations.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting product decisions.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with internal teams and preparing product-related documentation.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to understand client needs and support a positive experience with Nexlance’s solutions.
Candidates should possess basic Sales awareness or skills to assist in creating product materials that support sales conversations and client outreach.
Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
