Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Patiala looks after South Punjab. The General Manager will oversee daily business operations, develop and implement strategies for business growth, manage budgets and resources efficiently, and ensure high standards of quality and productivity. Their responsibilities will also include leading and mentoring teams, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations.

Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Team-building skills
Financial Management and Budgeting expertise
Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
Knowledge of Operations Management and Regulatory Compliance
Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities
Experience in the manufacturing or recycling industry is advantageous
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
