MEP Planning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced MEP Planning Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling MEP works, with hands-on expertise in Primavera P6. Candidates with experience in Data Center projects will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, recovery schedules, and progress tracking reports.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of MEP activities.
Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation measures.
Conduct critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and project status presentations.
Track procurement, manpower deployment, and resource loading against project schedules.
Support project controls, forecasting, and project performance reporting.
Ensure MEP deliverables are completed in line with project milestones and client requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP Planning & Scheduling
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (Mandatory)
Experience in construction projects involving MEP systems
Excellent planning, coordination, and reporting skills
Experience working on Data Center projects
Exposure to mission-critical facilities, hyperscale data centers, or large infrastructure projects
Knowledge of MS Project, Power BI, BIM, or project controls tools
Primavera P6 Certification is an advantage
Must be willing to work full onsite.
