Role Description The Teaching Associate and Program Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The position involves supporting faculty in delivering lectures, tutorials, and labs, assisting with course material development, and facilitating student engagement and mentoring. Daily responsibilities include coordinating program schedules, managing academic calendars, organizing workshops and events, and maintaining effective communication among students, faculty, and administrative teams. The role also requires contributing to academic research activities, tracking student performance and feedback, and ensuring smooth execution of program-related processes and quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Administrative and Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Education and Teaching skills, such as classroom facilitation, student mentoring, and academic support capabilities.
Candidates should possess Research and Analytical Skills, including data collection, interpretation, and the ability to contribute to academic or applied projects.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Operations, AI, or a related discipline, with prior academic or coordination experience preferred.
Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with MS Office and educational technologies, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and a learner-centric, inclusive approach to education.
