Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, operations, and growth across eCommerce, web, and mobile development services. Daily responsibilities include defining long-term vision, setting performance goals, and guiding leaders in technology, sales, marketing, and customer success. The role also involves building and maintaining key client relationships, making high-impact decisions on resource allocation and investments, and ensuring that projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. The Owner will collaborate closely with senior team members to foster a positive organizational culture, implement process improvements, and identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in leading or owning a technology, software, or IT services organization, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and financial performance.
Strong understanding of web, eCommerce, and mobile app development, preferably with exposure to technologies such as PHP, WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, Magento, React, Angular, Node.js, and mobile frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to drive business development, build long-term client relationships, and expand services in global markets.
Solid background in organizational leadership, including team management, performance oversight, and talent development in a multidisciplinary environment.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and using data-driven approaches to guide business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to represent the company to clients, partners, and industry networks.
Comfort with fast-paced, growth-oriented settings and the ability to prioritize initiatives that deliver sustainable value.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience leading successful ventures is highly valued.
