Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guna, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves supporting day-to-day transport operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that vehicles and services run safely and on time. Responsibilities may include interacting with passengers or clients, maintaining accurate service records, assisting with route planning, and reporting any issues to supervisors for timely resolution. The role also requires close collaboration with colleagues and management to improve service quality, follow regulatory and safety guidelines, and help implement operational improvements as needed.
Qualifications
Ability to manage daily transport operations, including basic scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
Strong communication skills for interacting with passengers, colleagues, and supervisors in a clear and respectful manner.
Attention to detail and reliability in following safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.
Basic computer literacy for handling reports, logs, and simple data entry related to transport services.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site, adapt to a dynamic environment, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or public services in Madhya Pradesh or similar settings is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; additional technical or vocational training in transport or logistics is preferred.
