Operations Executive

Akolta Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced Operation Executive to join our USA Insurance TPA Process team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in US Healthcare Insurance, Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations, insurance claims processing, claim settlement, and back-office support.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage USA insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
Review insurance claims and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
Follow up on pending claims to ensure timely settlement.
Verify insurance eligibility, policy details, and claim information.
Maintain accurate records and update claims in internal systems.
Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.
Resolve claim-related queries through email and phone communication.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable US healthcare guidelines.
Support daily back-office operations and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good English communication and basic computer skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
