Job Description
Role Purpose
The Advisory Excellence Analyst supports the Advisory Excellence Team Lead in managing the organization’s knowledge, methodologies, standards, data sets, and reusable intellectual capital.
The role is focused on execution, coordination, documentation, quality control, and continuous maintenance of the Advisory Excellence ecosystem. The Analyst works closely with advisory teams and subject-matter experts to ensure that knowledge and assets are captured, standardized, maintained, and easily accessible.
Core Responsibilities
1. Knowledge Management
· Support the day-to-day management of the Knowledge Management repository.
· Organize, categorize, tag, and maintain knowledge assets in line with established standards.
· Conduct regular reviews to identify outdated, duplicate, incomplete, or missing content.
· Coordinate content updates with relevant subject-matter experts and owners.
· Maintain version control, metadata, and documentation standards.
· Support improvements to repository structure, searchability, and user experience.
2. Golden Data Sets
· Support the creation, maintenance, and quality checks of Golden Data Sets.
· Collect and consolidate data from approved sources.
· Perform data validation, reconciliation, and basic quality checks.
· Maintain data dictionaries, source information, ownership details, and refresh schedules.
· Flag data discrepancies and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
· Ensure approved data sets are properly documented and accessible to authorized users.
3. Methodology, Templates & Deliverables
· Support the development and maintenance of standardized methodologies, frameworks, templates, and advisory deliverables.
· Review existing materials for consistency with agreed standards.
· Identify recurring variations, gaps, or opportunities for standardization.
· Maintain a central library of approved templates and tools.
· Support the rollout and communication of updated methodologies and templates.
4. SOPs, Playbooks & Quality Standards
· Support the maintenance of SOPs, playbooks, guidelines, and quality standards.
· Coordinate periodic reviews and updates with process owners.
· Track document ownership, review dates, approvals, and version history.
· Conduct basic quality checks against established documentation standards.
· Maintain governance trackers and follow up on outstanding actions.
5. Organization Charts & Capability Documentation
· Maintain current organization charts, capability maps, expertise directories, and related documentation.
· Coordinate updates with relevant team and functional leads.
· Ensure changes are accurately reflected in central repositories.
· Support the development and maintenance of capability inventories and skills documentation.
· Help identify gaps or inconsistencies in organizational and capability information.
6. Reusable Assets & Best Practices
· Identify and capture reusable assets, best practices, case studies, lessons learned, tools, and accelerators from advisory teams.
· Support the review, formatting, categorization, and publication of reusable materials.
· Maintain a structured library of approved assets.
· Track asset usage and gather feedback to improve relevance and usability.
· Support the identification of opportunities to convert project outputs into reusable intellectual capital.
7. Thought Leadership Support
· Support the Advisory Excellence Team Lead and subject-matter experts in developing thought leadership and knowledge content.
· Conduct research and gather relevant internal and external insights.
· Support content development, formatting, fact-checking, and quality reviews.
· Maintain a calendar and tracker for thought leadership publications and knowledge initiatives.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
· Work closely with advisory teams, subject-matter experts, and process owners to gather and maintain information.
· Coordinate reviews, approvals, updates, and publishing of knowledge assets.
· Follow up with stakeholders to ensure agreed actions and content updates are completed on time.
· Support knowledge-sharing sessions, communities of practice, and internal communications.
· Act as a reliable point of coordination for day-to-day Advisory Excellence activities.

· Accurate and well-organized Knowledge Management repository.
· Updated and quality-checked Golden Data Sets.
