Job Description
The Manager – Keystone Metrics will be responsible for driving data visibility, performance insights, and governance across Advisory’s core financial and operational metrics. The role will track, analyze, and report Keystone performance indicators—including Gross Margin, Utilization, Revenue per Headcount, Cost to Serve, SG&A, Delivery Costs, and other critical KPIs—to enable data-driven decision making for Advisory leadership.
This role is pivotal in strengthening performance transparency across Units, Geographies, and Practices and ensuring proactive insights for business actions.
Key Responsibilities
Keystone Metrics Tracking & Reporting
· Track and report performance for Advisory’s core Keystone metrics, including:
o Gross Margin (%) by Unit / Geography / Practice
o Revenue per Headcount
o GM per Headcount
o Utilization trends
o Cost to Serve (SG&A, Delivery Costs, etc.)
o HC governance, contractor mix, SG&A movement
· Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards for leadership with high accuracy and timeliness.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
· Analyze trends, variances, and drivers across revenue, margin, and cost metrics.
· Identify risks and opportunities, highlighting actionable insights.
· Conduct deep dives on GM performance, revenue productivity, headcount efficiency, and cost levers.
Collaboration & Support
· Partner with Finance, and Operations teams to clarify any data requirements and resolve data issues.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives related to metrics definitions, reporting processes, and tooling.
· in systems.
· Data quality logs and issue resolution documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
· 7–10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Analytics, Operations Performance, or related fields.
· Strong understanding of P&L drivers—Revenue, Costs, GM, SG&A, Headcount, Utilization.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel, and performance reporting tools.
· Ability to convert complex data into crisp insights for senior leadership.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
· High attention to detail and comfort working under tight timelines.
Preferred Experience
· Experience supporting consulting/advisory businesses or services firms.
· Prior exposure to Keystone metrics or similar performance frameworks.
· Experience building automated dashboards or performance scorecards.
Additional Information
· This is a full-time, permanent role.
· This role is located in India.
· This role follows a hybrid working model, blending home-based work with a minimum of 4 day per quarter in the office (to be confirmed based on primary location and business need). Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
