Role Description The Backend Operator - Purchase and Logistics is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for coordinating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods to trade customers in line with company standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing inventory levels, updating stock records, handling material movement within the warehouse, and supporting logistics planning. The role also involves communicating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues, optimize storage and handling, and maintain accurate documentation. The Backend Operator will contribute to efficient warehouse operations and reliable customer service through organized, detail-oriented work.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Material Handling and Inventory Management to manage stock movements and maintain accurate records.
Candidates should possess skills in Dispatching and Logistics Management to coordinate shipments, delivery schedules, and transport arrangements.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with trade customers and internal stakeholders.
Basic proficiency with warehouse or ERP systems, Excel, and other office software for data entry and reporting.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in IT distribution, warehousing, or logistics operations is beneficial.
Relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
