Job Description:
Job Title: Salesforce Manual QA + Agent force
Location: Pan India
Experience: 4+ yrs.
Job Type : Contract to hire.
Work Mode: Remote

Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
•Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agent force implementations.
•Validate AI agent conversations, topics, actions, prompts, and business workflows.
•Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
•Test Agent force integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third-party applications.
•Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, compliance, and business outcomes.
•Create and maintain test cases, test data, and automation suites.
•Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
•Validate Data Cloud integrations and data synchronization.
•Conduct conversational AI testing, chatbot testing, and prompt validation.
•Execute performance, reliability, and scalability testing of AI agents.
•Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners during Agile delivery cycles.
•Track defects using Jira and participate in sprint ceremonies.
•Ensure production readiness through smoke testing and release validation.
