Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Freshers R&D Trainees based in Roorkee. R&D Trainees will assist in designing, testing, and improving power and solar energy products under the guidance of senior engineers. Daily tasks include conducting experiments, documenting test results, preparing technical reports, and supporting prototype development. Trainees will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues, participate in product quality evaluations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves learning and applying industry standards, safety practices, and emerging technologies relevant to power electronics and solar solutions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in electrical, electronics, or renewable energy concepts; ability to understand basic circuit design and power systems.
Hands-on aptitude with laboratory equipment and tools; interest in testing, troubleshooting, and product validation.
Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to collect, interpret, and document technical data accurately.
Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear reports and collaborate with technical teams.
Ability to learn quickly, follow safety procedures, and work diligently in an on-site R&D environment.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Familiarity with solar energy concepts or power electronics is an advantage; basic knowledge of CAD or simulation tools is a plus.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to grow into advanced R&D responsibilities within the organization.
