Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Drive hotel marketing strategy and campaigns: Develop and execute marketing plans, promotional activities, and key events that increase brand awareness, support business objectives, and drive demand during critical trading periods
Elevate the hotel's brand presence: Communicate the hotel's unique offerings, including accommodations, dining experiences, meetings and events facilities, and property enhancements through targeted marketing and public relations initiatives
Build impactful partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local media, tourism organizations, industry partners, and community stakeholders to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation
Manage digital marketing channels: Oversee the hotel's presence across Hilton-branded websites and marketing platforms, ensuring content remains engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
Identify market opportunities: Monitor industry trends, conduct market research, and evaluate target audiences to uncover new opportunities for growth and guest engagement
Lead promotional and event marketing activities: Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for hotel events, promotions, product launches, and special initiatives, coordinating efforts across departments to maximize impact
Support public relations and communications: Execute PR strategies that celebrate hotel achievements, promote key offerings, manage media inquiries, and strengthen the hotel's position within the local market
Collaborate across hotel teams: Partner closely with operational and commercial departments to identify business needs, develop targeted marketing solutions, and ensure successful execution of campaigns and events
Manage marketing resources effectively: Oversee marketing budgets, track campaign performance, maintain key stakeholder databases, and produce reporting that measures results and supports future decision-making
