Role Description The Fashion Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi, responsible for guiding customers in selecting outfits and accessories that suit their style, body type, and occasion. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, understanding their preferences, recommending products, and providing styling advice. The role involves maintaining detailed product knowledge, presenting merchandise effectively, and ensuring that the store floor is organized and visually appealing. The Fashion Consultant will also support sales targets by engaging customers, handling queries, and assisting with fitting, upselling, and cross-selling. Collaboration with the store team to provide consistent, high-quality customer service and feedback on popular styles and customer needs is expected.
Qualifications
Strong fashion consulting and styling abilities, with an eye for current trends and customer preferences.
Solid product knowledge across categories (fabric types, fits, colors, and accessories).
Clear and professional communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain styling options.
Customer service skills focused on building trust, handling concerns patiently, and creating a positive in-store experience.
Sales skills, including basic familiarity with upselling, cross-selling, and working toward store sales goals.
Ability to work on-site full time in West Delhi, including weekends or peak retail hours as needed.
Attention to detail in merchandising, store presentation, and handling garments carefully.
Previous experience in fashion retail, styling, or consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic computer or POS knowledge and comfort working in a team-based retail environment.
