Compensation: ₹22,000–₹30,000/month + performance-linked incentive
Probation: 3 months
Location: Remote / Work from Home
QERIONN Systems Private Limited is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant – Client Acquisition & Account Management who can independently develop employer relationships, identify genuine hiring requirements and convert qualified conversations into actionable recruitment mandates.
This is primarily an employer/client-facing recruitment role, not a routine internal HR position.
The selected professional will own the employer side of the recruitment lifecycle:
Employer Prospecting → Requirement Discovery → Recruitment Mandate → Client Relationship → Employer Feedback → Offer/Joining Coordination → Collection Follow-up
Candidate sourcing and day-to-day talent delivery will be handled in coordination with QERIONN's Talent Delivery function and recruitment platform.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Employer Acquisition
Identify companies with active or upcoming hiring requirements.
Approach relevant HR Managers, Talent Acquisition professionals, HR Heads, Hiring Managers and business decision-makers.
Conduct employer calls, emails, meetings and structured follow-ups.
Build and maintain a qualified employer pipeline.
Develop new employer relationships and identify repeat/referral opportunities.
Reconnect with legitimate professional contacts where appropriate and compliant with confidentiality or prior contractual obligations.
Requirement & Mandate Management
Conduct detailed requirement discussions with employers.
Capture role title, number of openings, skills, experience, qualification, compensation, location, work model, notice period, hiring urgency and mandatory criteria.
Obtain and clarify complete JDs before handing requirements to the Talent Delivery team.
Convert qualified employer discussions into genuine workable recruitment mandates.
Discuss recruitment engagement terms within approved company policy.
Avoid accepting unrealistic or incomplete requirements merely to increase mandate count.
Maintain accurate mandate status, urgency, ownership and next actions in QERIONN.
Talent Delivery Coordination
Assign/coordinate active mandates with the designated Talent Delivery professional.
Ensure the delivery team receives complete and actionable hiring information.
Respond promptly to requirement clarification.
Monitor mandate progress without unnecessarily duplicating candidate-side sourcing work.
Coordinate priorities across multiple active requirements.
Employer Account Management
Act as the primary employer-side contact for assigned accounts.
Maintain professional and timely client communication.
Coordinate candidate submissions and obtain employer feedback.
Record and communicate feedback accurately.
Follow up on pending feedback, interview decisions and changed requirements.
Identify hiring holds, cancellations or changed priorities quickly.
Build long-term employer relationships and repeat hiring opportunities.
Interview, Offer & Joining
Coordinate employer-side interview availability and requirements.
Work with Talent Delivery for candidate-side scheduling.
Obtain interview feedback and next-round decisions.
Coordinate employer-side offer progress.
Support smooth selection and joining.
Confirm actual candidate joining and relevant replacement conditions.
Billing & Collection Coordination
Ensure successful placement/joining information is accurately recorded for billing.
Coordinate with the authorized internal function for invoice initiation.
Follow up professionally on recruitment payments where assigned.
Record collection commitments and escalate overdue/disputed payments appropriately.
This role does not independently handle accounting or bookkeeping.
Performance Targets
Performance will be measured on meaningful employer activity and recruitment outcomes, not merely raw call/email volume.
First 30 Days
Become independently proficient with QERIONN's recruitment workflow.
Build a qualified employer prospect pipeline.
Complete at least 40 meaningful employer/decision-maker conversations.
Generate approximately 2–3 genuine workable recruitment mandates.
Maintain accurate prospect, mandate and follow-up records.
A meaningful conversation means genuine interaction with a relevant employer representative concerning a recruitment opportunity—not unanswered calls or mass outreach.
Month 2 Onward
60+ meaningful employer/decision-maker conversations/month.
Minimum 4 new workable recruitment mandates/month.
Maintain approximately 5+ active workable vacancies/mandates, depending on hiring complexity.
Maintain timely employer feedback and follow-ups.
Avoid preventable ageing of active opportunities.
Make meaningful contribution to successful team placements.
Healthy Performance
Strong performers should progressively demonstrate:
6+ new workable mandates/month, where market conditions support it.
Repeat employer requirements and referrals.
Strong mandate quality and employer engagement.
Meaningful contribution toward approximately 5+ successful team placements/month once the recruitment pod reaches normal operating maturity.
Targets may vary based on role complexity, employer responsiveness, hiring volume and market conditions.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline required.
MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing or Business Management preferred but not mandatory.
Preferably 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience.
Employer/client acquisition experience strongly preferred.
Recruitment agency/staffing consultancy experience preferred over purely internal HR experience.
Must be comfortable engaging HR, TA and senior hiring decision-makers.
Candidates should be prepared to discuss recent:
employer/accounts handled;
mandates generated;
successful closures;
hiring volume;
recruitment billing/contribution where available.
Candidates with a genuine active professional employer network and repeat-client relationships will receive stronger consideration.
Existing network is an advantage, but the ability to build new employer relationships independently is essential.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication.
Employer/client acquisition ability.
B2B calling and follow-up confidence.
Recruitment consultancy understanding.
Requirement discovery and JD interpretation.
Ability to convert employer conversations into workable mandates.
Relationship management and negotiation.
Objection handling.
Commercial awareness.
Strong task and follow-up discipline.
Ability to handle multiple employer requirements simultaneously.
Comfortable using recruitment/CRM software.
Ability to work independently without routine founder intervention.
Remote Work Requirements
Candidate must have their own reliable laptop/desktop during probation.
Stable broadband internet connection is mandatory.
Suitable environment for professional calls and online meetings.
Availability during assigned working hours is required.
Official work must be performed through approved QERIONN systems.
Company information-security and device-security requirements must be followed.
Probation & Confirmation
The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month performance-based probation period.
Performance will be evaluated on:
employer acquisition;
workable mandates;
employer relationship management;
recruitment outcomes;
follow-up discipline;
attendance and availability;
communication quality;
system/data accuracy;
conduct and process compliance.
Completion of three months does not automatically guarantee confirmation. Confirmation will depend on satisfactory performance and overall suitability.
Where performance, attendance, conduct or role suitability remains below reasonable expectations, employment may be discontinued during probation in accordance with applicable appointment terms, company policy and law.
Company Laptop & Welcome Kit
During probation, the employee will use their own suitable computer.
Upon successful completion of probation and formal confirmation:
a company laptop will be allocated for official work; and
the employee will receive the applicable QERIONN employee welcome kit.
Company equipment will remain QERIONN property and will be governed by applicable asset and security policies.
Compensation
₹22,000–₹30,000/month + performance-linked incentive
