Role Description The Architect role at ARDES is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed designs, drawings, and specifications, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained. Day-to-day tasks include participating in project planning meetings, reviewing design requirements, collaborating with engineers and consultants, and supporting integration of architectural solutions with related disciplines. The Architect will monitor project progress, assist in resolving design and construction issues, and contribute to quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards, while maintaining clear communication with clients and project team members.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and preparation of design documentation.
Experience with Integration and Software Development in the context of design tools, BIM platforms, or related digital workflows.
Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of architectural projects.
Ability to use industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with BIM methodologies.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices, particularly within Hyderabad or similar urban environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
Prior experience working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects is beneficial.
