Role Description The Growth and Outreach Marketing Manager role is a remote, contract position responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility for AI CERTs® certification programs. In this role, the manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan and execute growth campaigns, optimize marketing funnels, and develop outreach initiatives across digital channels and partner networks. Day-to-day tasks include managing performance marketing efforts, analyzing campaign data, overseeing marketing automation workflows, and refining strategies based on web and product analytics. The manager also coordinates outreach with academic institutions, industry partners, and community groups to expand the platform’s reach and support global certification goals. This position requires proactive communication, structured project execution, and a strong focus on measurable results.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Growth Marketing and data-informed campaign optimization.
Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to track performance and derive insights.
Experience with Marketing Automation platforms to design and manage lifecycle campaigns.
Strong Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver multi-channel initiatives.
Proven experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or product-led growth, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or certification-focused organizations.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate clearly across teams and time zones.
Comfort with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and using metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and activation metrics to guide decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with AI or blockchain industries and a strong interest in upskilling, workforce development, or lifelong learning is beneficial.
