Role Description The AI Trainer role is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, delivering, and refining AI-focused training programs. Day-to-day tasks include creating learning materials, developing structured curricula, and conducting live or recorded training sessions on AI concepts, tools, and real-world applications. The AI Trainer will evaluate learner performance, provide feedback, and tailor instruction to different skill levels. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to update course content based on industry trends, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting learners with mentorship and guidance throughout their training journey.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in AI and machine learning concepts, including model training, evaluation, and practical implementation.
Experience with common AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).
Proven ability to design clear, structured training content and curricula for technical topics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in accessible language.
Experience in online or remote teaching, coaching, or mentoring in a technical domain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a learner-centric mindset and attention to detail.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior industry experience in AI, data science, or software engineering is highly beneficial.
