Role Description The HR Recruiter Intern role at AI Vidya is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, with a stipend of 10,000 INR per month. The intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates from various channels, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Daily tasks will involve maintaining candidate databases, communicating with applicants, and assisting with scheduling and follow-ups to ensure a smooth recruitment experience. The intern will also help HR team members with drafting job postings, updating HR documents, and preparing basic reports on hiring activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations in a technology-focused organization and opportunities to learn best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Strong interest in Human Resources and talent acquisition, with readiness to learn recruitment processes and tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication for candidate interactions.
Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
Comfort with using computers, spreadsheets, and online platforms for sourcing candidates and tracking recruitment activities.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad on a full-time schedule and collaborate effectively with team members.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent interest and experience).
Professional attitude, attention to detail, and respect for confidentiality in handling candidate and company information.
Interest in the technology and AI training domain; prior internship or project experience in HR is an added advantage.
