Lovely Professional University is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital campaigns, drive qualified leads, and support growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and ROI.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient media spending.
Conduct audience targeting, remarketing, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and analytics tools.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn and YouTube Ads will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of digital analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Data-driven approach with a focus on lead generation, ROI, and business growth.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
