Role Description The Senior Product Manager role at NeroBrains is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for defining product vision and strategy, prioritizing the roadmap, and aligning stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and business functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and validating customer and market insights, writing clear product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features, and monitoring product performance against key metrics. The Senior Product Manager will lead discovery and experimentation, manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. This role also involves mentoring other product team members, communicating progress and risks, and continuously improving processes and practices.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in product management, including roadmap ownership, requirement definition, and end-to-end product delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and research to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, and to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Experience working in a technology or software environment, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth organizations.
Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring or guiding team members and influencing without direct authority.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and manage multiple initiatives with clear prioritization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience with agile methodologies, product discovery techniques, and user-centered design; prior work in B2B or data-driven products is a plus.
