We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, business performance, governance, and sustainable growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Drive overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives
Partner with the MD/CEO on strategic decisions and growth initiatives
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
Oversee treasury, liquidity, cash flow and fund management
Drive profitability, cost optimisation and working capital efficiency
Strengthen financial controls, governance and statutory compliance
Oversee taxation and regulatory requirements
Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts function
Drive digital transformation and automation across finance
🎯 What We're Looking For
✅ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI
✅ 20+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
✅ Proven experience in senior finance leadership/CFO-level roles
✅ Strong strategic, commercial and business partnering skills
✅ Expertise in treasury, working capital and financial management
✅ Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
✅ Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Experience in a professionally managed/listed organisation, particularly within Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Ingredients or Agro-based industries, with exposure to multiple business units or manufacturing locations.
