Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct engaging live online AI training sessions for multiple batches of college students and working professionals.
Train students on practical usage and implementation of AI.
Deliver the company's AI curriculum confidently and effectively across different batches.
Break down AI concepts, prompting, and tools into simple, easy-to-understand lessons.
Demonstrate practical AI use cases and help students learn by doing.
Manage and engage large batches of learners during online sessions.
Encourage participation and maintain an interactive learning environment.
Handle students' questions and provide guidance whenever required.
Skills & Qualifications Required
1–5 years of experience in AI / Soft Skill Training, Technical Teaching, Coaching role.
Experience handling large batches or classroom-style training sessions will be highly preferred.
Deep understanding of AI fundamentals beyond basic ChatGPT usage.
Must have a thorough understanding of the functionality of AI models, prompting fundamentals, use cases of AI tools, and practical AI applications.
Excellent command over communication and presentation.
Ability to explain things simply and keep a group engaged.
Confident in conducting live online sessions and interacting with a large group of learners.
Comfortable committing 8 hours a day with a reliable internet connection and professional work setup.
We are looking for an experienced AI Trainer/Instructor who has hands-on experience teaching AI to college students, working professionals, or adult learners.
This role is specifically for someone who has actually conducted live AI training sessions for groups/batches of learners — not just someone who has knowledge of AI or has completed AI courses themselves.
