Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Bengaluru. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver C programming semester training modules, conduct classroom and lab sessions, and ensure learners understand core and advanced C concepts. Responsibilities include preparing training materials and assessments, providing individual guidance and feedback, and adapting teaching methods to different learning styles. The role also involves collaborating with academic coordinators and technical teams to align content with curriculum requirements, tracking learner progress, and contributing to continuous improvement of training programs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Training and be effective Technical Trainers, with experience conducting structured learning programs.
Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and learner performance evaluation.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for delivering complex technical concepts clearly, engaging learners, and providing constructive feedback.
Solid knowledge of C programming concepts (syntax, data structures, pointers, memory management, file handling) and practical coding experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant training certifications are an advantage.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics, use modern teaching tools, and maintain organized training documentation and reports.
Prior experience training students or early-career professionals in academic or corporate settings is preferred.
