Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Java Technical Trainer role based in Bengaluru, focused on semester-long training programs for learners across South India. The trainer will design and deliver structured Java curriculum, including core Java concepts, object-oriented programming, and related tools and frameworks, through lectures, labs, and workshops. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, practical exercises, and assessments; conducting classroom and lab sessions; and providing individual guidance and doubt clarification. The role involves evaluating learner performance, giving constructive feedback, and maintaining training quality and consistency. The trainer will collaborate with academic coordinators and other technical trainers to update course content, align with industry standards, and support institutional training objectives.
Qualifications
Strong background as Technical Trainers with hands-on experience in Technical Training and Training & Development.
Demonstrated ability in Training delivery, including planning, conducting, and evaluating instructor-led programs.
Excellent Communication skills, with the capacity to explain complex Java concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
Solid proficiency in Java programming (core Java, OOPs, collections, exception handling) and familiarity with related tools and frameworks.
Experience designing training content, lab exercises, and assessments for academic or corporate environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in Java or training methodology are an advantage.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics, mentor learners, and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels.
Strong organizational skills and comfort working in an on-site, semester-based training setup in Bengaluru.
