Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bharuch. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, and promote the company’s financial products and services in the local market. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable financial solutions. The role also involves achieving sales and revenue targets, preparing periodic business reports, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Business Development Manager will continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning and business growth.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Ability to understand and explain financial products and services, with sound commercial and market awareness.
Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to engage diverse customer segments.
Solid planning, analytical, and reporting skills to track performance and support data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in financial services are an advantage.
Prior experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or related domains is preferred.
Comfort working in an on-site role in Bharuch, with readiness for local travel for client meetings as needed.
