Role Description
The Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations of a cross-functional team, including planning tasks, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress toward project goals. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. The Team Lead will mentor team members, support performance development, and foster effective communication and collaboration. In addition, the role includes analyzing workflow efficiency, recommending process improvements, and aligning team output with organizational priorities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and track tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and improve processes.
Familiarity with technology-driven environments such as FinTech, IT services, digital transformation, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools, reporting dashboards, and basic data analysis.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accountability.
