Role Description The Architecture Engineer will work on-site at Talegaon under a contract arrangement, supporting the design, coordination, and execution of architectural works for construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes and company standards, and collaborating with civil and construction teams to resolve design and site issues. The role involves monitoring project progress, participating in technical and coordination meetings, and providing input on materials, finishes, and construction methods. The Architecture Engineer will also assist in quality assurance, documentation, and reporting, while promoting safe work practices and effective communication among project stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Architecture, including design development, drawing review, and knowledge of building codes and standards.
Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering and Construction, with an understanding of structural systems, site work, and coordination between architectural and engineering disciplines.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling support, documentation, and progress tracking.
Candidates should possess strong Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and site personnel.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
Experience in building or infrastructure projects, preferably with large-scale or industrial developments.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with construction management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work on-site in Talegaon as required.
