Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architecture Structural Engineer based in Talegaon. The role involves performing structural analysis and calculations for architectural and civil engineering projects, ensuring designs meet safety, code, and performance requirements. The engineer will prepare and review structural drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) tools, coordinate closely with architects, civil engineers, and project managers, and support the resolution of design and construction issues. Responsibilities include evaluating materials and construction methods, contributing to value engineering, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The role also requires participation in site reviews, alignment with company standards and regulatory guidelines, and proactive collaboration to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with practical experience applying these disciplines to building and infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Structural Analysis and performing detailed Calculations to verify safety, serviceability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating structural and architectural drawings.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field.
Knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and construction practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex technical documents and drawings.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
Prior experience in large-scale or industrial construction projects is an advantage.
Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical engineering practices.
Working in Korean Company will be given preference.
