AI & Data Engineer (Agentic Systems)

Hi,
We’re looking for a mid-level AI & Data Engineer (2 to 5 years) to help design and ship the next generation of agentic AI systems. If you’ve worked with LangGraph/LangChain, built RAG pipelines, and experimented with multi-agent architectures, this role is for you.
Location: Bengaluru (Manayata Tech Park) – Hybrid (2 days/week in office, likely Tue & Thu)
Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST
Duration: 1-year contract, (high likelihood of extension)
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in CS or related field
Required Skills:
2+ years building LLM-driven applications in production.
Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph (or similar agent orchestration frameworks).
Proven work on RAG implementations: chunking strategies, embedding models, retrieval, re-ranking, and evaluation.
Experience designing or experimenting with multi-agent systems (e.g., routing agents, tool-using agents, synthesis agents).
Strong understanding of Transformer models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and advanced prompt engineering.
Solid Python skills, with an eye for software craftsmanship (testing, code reviews, CI/CD).

You’re someone who:
Has shipped at least one production agentic system (not just a prototype).
Can explain your RAG architecture decisions (chunk size, embedding model, retrieval strategy, evals).
Has built or experimented with LangGraph state machines, checkpointing, or human-in-the-loop flows.
Thinks in terms of agent roles, tool schemas, and orchestration patterns.
Cares about latency, cost, and reliability of LLM workloads.
