Role Description
The Human Resources Recruiter Intern will support TUEM HUB’s talent acquisition and HR operations on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include assisting with drafting and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. The intern will help maintain candidate databases, update recruitment trackers, and support onboarding activities such as document collection and orientation coordination. Additional tasks may involve assisting with HR documentation, supporting campus outreach or hiring events, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. This is an internship role, and it is an on-site position based in Kochi.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Comfortable using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and willing to learn HR or applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Kochi and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Demonstrated interest in HR, talent acquisition, or career development; prior internship or project experience in HR is an added advantage.
