What You'll Do
Drive architecture and technical design for enterprise-scale product platforms.
Design and develop highly scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions.
Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and platform enhancements.
Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives using Azure and cloud-native technologies.
Design and implement RESTful services, background services, APIs, and distributed applications.
Define technical roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend best-fit solutions.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
Lead architectural discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
Mentor engineers, promote engineering excellence, and establish development best practices.
Own complex product components and drive end-to-end technical delivery.
Required Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
12+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong architectural ownership.
Proven experience working in product-based environments building enterprise applications.
Technical Expertise
Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Angular.
Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and cloud-native application design.
Strong expertise in Azure (or other major cloud platforms) including migration and optimization.
Experience designing microservices and migrating monolithic applications to distributed architectures.
Hands-on experience with:
Docker & Kubernetes (AKS/EKS)
REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Jenkins, Splunk, Kibana, Airflow (or equivalent tools)
Strong understanding of:
SOLID principles and design patterns
Event-driven and decoupled architectures
Caching, messaging, queuing, serialization
Performance tuning and scalability
Security best practices and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
Experience working with multiple database technologies including SQL Server, NoSQL, and distributed databases.
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
