Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Designer role based in Gurugram. The 3D Designer will create detailed 3D models, visualizations, and renderings for interior and exterior spaces, products, and graphical concepts. Daily tasks include developing 3D scenes, applying materials and textures, setting up lighting for realistic outputs, and collaborating with designers and project managers to align visuals with project requirements. The role also involves producing animations or walkthroughs when needed, refining graphic elements, and preparing final files and presentations for client review. The designer is expected to maintain organized project files, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to improve visual quality and consistency.
Qualifications
Strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills for creating accurate, detailed visualizations.
Proficiency in Lighting techniques to achieve realistic renders and visual effects.
Graphic Design capabilities for layouts, visual assets, and presentation materials.
Experience with Animation for walkthroughs, fly-throughs, or motion-based visual content.
Comfort with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a solid understanding of composition, color, and perspective.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback.
Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in architectural visualization, interior design, product visualization, or a related design domain is an advantage.
