Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Gurugram. The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development and space planning through detailed drawings, material selection, and final installation. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand needs, creating design presentations and mood boards, coordinating FF&E selections, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with architects, contractors, and vendors, overseeing site execution, quality, timelines, and budgets. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior team members, contribute to design standards, and support the firm’s focus on sustainability and innovation.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a strong portfolio across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Solid understanding of Architecture principles and their integration with interior concepts.
Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution.
Experience in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
Excellent client communication, stakeholder coordination, and project management capabilities.
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and work on-site as required in Gurugram.
Commitment to sustainable design practices and attention to detail in aesthetics and functionality.
