Role Description The NetSuite Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting NetSuite solutions for clients, working on-site at the Chennai office in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day activities include gathering and documenting business requirements, designing NetSuite workflows and customizations, and translating client processes into scalable system configurations. The role involves managing integrations with other systems, preparing and executing test plans, troubleshooting issues, and providing user training and ongoing functional support. The consultant will collaborate closely with internal technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure that NetSuite deployments align with operational needs, performance goals, and best practices. This position also includes preparing project documentation, contributing to process improvements, and supporting continuous optimization of existing NetSuite environments.
Qualifications
Strong NetSuite functional and configuration skills, including experience with modules such as financials, inventory, order management, and CRM.
Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution design for ERP implementations.
Proficiency in data migration, integrations, and basic scripting or workflows within NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
Skills in testing, troubleshooting, and providing end-user training and support for enterprise software solutions.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage client expectations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with clients from industries such as retail, supply chain, manufacturing, or healthcare is an advantage.
Prior consulting or implementation experience with other cloud ERP or business systems is beneficial.
