We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Research & Insights Analyst who excels at turning complex, fragmented data into clear, actionable stories.
In this role, you will dig into secondary research, clean and analyze datasets, and build visual presentations that directly influence business strategy. If you love solving analytical puzzles, working beyond basic Excel, and presenting meaningful insights, this is the team for you.
Key Responsibilities
Secondary Research & Problem Solving: Conduct hands-on secondary research to answer critical business questions, synthesizing insights from multiple sources even when data is incomplete or limited.
Data Analysis & Excel Modeling: Structure and analyze large datasets using intermediate-to-advanced Excel techniques to identify trends and patterns.
Data Visualization & Deck Building: Translate raw data into clean, visually engaging charts, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Presentations: Communicate key learnings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We Are Looking For
Research Acumen: Proven experience in hands-on secondary research, problem-solving, and synthesizing key findings from disparate sources.
Excel Proficiency: Comfortable working with tools beyond basic spreadsheets—specifically VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, and Power Query (familiarity with Macros/VBA or dynamic dashboards is a plus).
Storytelling & Visualization: Strong track record of designing clear, structured decks and data visualizers for broad audiences.
Communication Skills: Experience (or strong potential) in presenting analytical findings directly to team members, leadership, or clients.
