Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resource Management Trainer (Telugu). The trainer will design and deliver HR-related training sessions in Telugu for learners, focusing on practical HR concepts, policies, and processes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting live or recorded sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will collaborate with the SkillDzire team to align content with industry standards and update modules based on changing HR trends. The role also involves supporting learners with queries, encouraging participation, and ensuring an inclusive, learner-centered environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and practically.
Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and experience applying them in organizational settings.
Experience in Personnel Management, including workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
Fluency in Telugu, with the ability to deliver training and create content in Telugu; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Prior experience as a trainer, facilitator, or educator in HR or related fields is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-focused approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage schedules, and meet training timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in HR or training are a plus.
