About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience, specializing in Salesforce Apex and Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud). As a key member of our growing Salesforce practice, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical applications that drive our success.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Implement and support Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) solutions to meet specific business requirements.
Develop custom business logic, integrations, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and batch processes.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements effectively.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring application stability and performance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Expertise You'll Bring:
6 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex programming.
Proven experience with Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) implementations.
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning Components.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
Familiarity with middleware platforms for integration.
Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
