Freelance opportunity - DevOps Engineer | Remote

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to support the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable software applications.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced DevOps professional who enjoys working across CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, automation, and monitoring in a collaborative engineering environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Build and maintain automated release pipelines for packaging, testing, and deployment.
Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations using Terraform or similar tools.
Support Azure, AWS, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization technologies.
Support system monitoring, logging, dashboards, and metrics.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.
Support reliable, secure, and scalable application delivery.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
✅ Strong experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
✅ Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines or similar CI/CD tools
✅ Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
✅ Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
✅ Strong knowledge of Docker and/or Kubernetes
✅ Windows Server and/or Linux administration
✅ Experience with relational databases such as Azure SQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
✅ Experience with monitoring, logging, dashboards, and metrics
✅ Experience working with Git and branching strategies
✅ Understanding of Agile development environments
🔹 Nice to Have
Experience supporting .NET applications
Exposure to React, Angular, or Vue
Experience with testing frameworks such as xUnit or Jest
Experience with SonarQube or other static code analysis tools
Experience with artifact repositories such as NuGet, NPM, or Azure Artifacts
