Role Description This is a full-time, on-site WordPress Developer role based in Pune City. The WordPress Developer will build, customize, and maintain company and project-related websites using WordPress, including theme and plugin configuration to support marketing and technical content. Daily responsibilities include developing and updating front-end layouts, optimizing responsive web design for multiple devices, and ensuring fast, secure, and user-friendly experiences. The role involves collaborating with design, marketing, and engineering teams to translate requirements into functional web pages, integrating back-end functionality, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The developer is expected to manage site performance, implement SEO best practices, and maintain documentation for ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development, Web Design, and Responsive Web Design to create accessible and visually consistent interfaces.
Candidates should possess skills in Web Development and Back-End Web Development to implement, customize, and maintain WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations.
Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP for theme customization and plugin configuration.
