What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end creative ideation for integrated campaigns across digital, social, and content.
Craft compelling brand narratives and sharp, impactful copy.
Build creative strategies that drive engagement and business impact.
Mentor and inspire a team of copywriters.
Collaborate with strategy, design, and client teams to bring ideas to life.
Use platform insights and audience behavior to optimize content performance.
Lead and contribute to new business pitches, campaign concepts, and presentation decks.
Drive creative excellence across brands and large-scale integrated campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
7-10 years of experience in copywriting/creative roles within agencies.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first and integrated campaigns.
Deep understanding of social media, content trends, and platform nuances.
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and leadership skills.
Experience working on large-scale campaigns is a plus.
