Role Description The Sales Manager role at Moglix is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals with B2B customers in Automotive, industrial, lighting and consumer segment. Daily responsibilities include managing key accounts, building and nurturing client relationships, conducting product presentations and negotiations, and developing sales plans aligned with business targets. The role involves collaborating closely with customer procurement, operations, and customer success teams to ensure timely delivery and a superior client experience. The Sales Manager will also analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, identify new market opportunities, and provide feedback to improve offerings and processes.
Qualifications
Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
Experience in electronic component industry.
Proficiency in relationship building, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Comfort using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and standard productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or product details clearly.
Proven capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic is must , an MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage.
Previous experience in a sales leadership or team lead role, including mentoring and guiding sales representatives, is preferred.
