This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. What You'll Do:
Own the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations, including solution design, roadmap, governance, security, and scalable integration patterns.
Design Retail Execution capabilities, covering visit and route planning, mobile/offline execution, surveys, store audits, merchandising, inventory visibility, guided selling, order capture, and store-level KPIs.
Architect Trade Promotion Management and customer planning capabilities, including promotion planning, trade funds, accruals, claims, uplift forecasting, execution tracking, spend effectiveness, and ROI reporting.
Design use cases for Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud to enhance sales-rep productivity, visit recommendations, next best action, promotion guidance, order intelligence, and customer insights.
Integrate Salesforce with ERP, order management, distributor, inventory, pricing, finance, fulfillment, and enterprise data platforms using APIs and middleware.

Expertise You'll Bring:
12 to 17 years of Salesforce experience, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Consumer Goods Cloud.
Proven leadership in enterprise CG Cloud and Retail Execution transformation programs.
Deep knowledge of CG Cloud, Retail Execution, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce mobile capabilities.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce DX, CI/CD, data migration, security, and integration patterns.
Strong beverage industry domain experience across bottlers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, or route-to-market operations.
Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or comparable integration platforms.
Ability to translate commercial, trade, and sales-operations priorities into scalable platform solutions and measurable business outcomes.
