The Role
As a full-time Web Development Specialist based in our Ernakulam office, you will bridge the gap between creative concepts and highly functional digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with our designers, brand strategists, and content teams to bring innovative web solutions to life.
What You’ll Do:
Design & Develop: Build and maintain responsive, user-centric websites that align with brand guidelines and UX best practices.
End-to-End Execution: Implement intuitive front-end interfaces and robust back-end functionalities.
Optimize & Troubleshoot: Ensure peak site performance, cross-browser/cross-device compatibility, and swiftly resolve technical issues.
Innovate: Update existing sites and continuously contribute to elevating our web standards and internal processes.
What You Bring:
Core Development Skills: Solid experience in both Front-End and Back-End development. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language/framework (PHP, Node.js, or Python).
Web Design Sensibility: The ability to craft user-friendly layouts and visually consistent, responsive interfaces.
Platform & Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and major CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix).
Digital Marketing Acumen: A solid understanding of core SEO principles. Familiarity with Meta Ads conversion metrics, paid social strategies, or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is a strong advantage.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Project Management: A meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
