Job Summary
Responsible for managing complete blow moulding shift operations, including manpower, machine utilization, production targets, quality, productivity, and shop-floor compliance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing 1L to 5L bottles/containers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day blow moulding production operations during the assigned shift.
Handle production of 1L to 5L bottles/containers as per production plans.
Monitor machine performance, output, cycle time, downtime, rejection, and scrap.
Manage manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of operators and helpers.
Handle mould changeovers, machine setup, and process parameter adjustments.
Troubleshoot production and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth production.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining required quality standards.
Monitor raw material consumption, wastage, and rejection levels.
Maintain shift-wise production, rejection, downtime, and productivity reports.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S, safety, and quality standards.
Train and guide operators for efficient machine operation and process control.
Identify opportunities for improving OEE, productivity, and process efficiency.
