About the Role
: Elite Banker – NRI **
The Elite Banker-NRI (Portfolio) in the Smart Banker department is responsible for acquiring new customers, ensuring seamless account onboarding, and driving adoption of digital banking services. The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through effective cross-selling, promoting relationship banking, and delivering a superior banking experience. The incumbent is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the bank’s offerings, systems, and customer onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Promote and drive adoption of mobile banking services.
Cross-sell bank products to new and existing customers.
Build CASA (Current Account Savings Account) value during the first two months post-account opening through initial funding and subsequent inflows.
Address customer queries and complaints promptly to meet Net Promoter Score (NPS) benchmarks.
Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, processes, and compliance standards.
Pitch the benefits and eligibility of the Relationship Banking (RB) program and onboard eligible customers or groups.
Secondary Responsibilities
Support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational guidelines.
Deliver best-in-class customer service to become the customer’s primary banker.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduation: Any discipline (Full-Time)
Experience
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in banking or allied financial services.
Skills and Attributes
Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
In-depth knowledge of banking products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive digital adoption and cross-sell initiatives.
High level of compliance awareness and attention to detail.
Proactive, customer-first mindset with a focus on service excellence.
